This is the first article explaining in such details WHAT IS PREDATORY INNOVATION and which practices should be condemned as such. I also explain why regulators and competition agencies should CREATE AN AUTONOMOUS LEGAL REGIME for these practices. Without it, most of predatory innovation related practices will remain unpunished, which, in the end, will hurt real innovation(s).
