The Michigan Journal of Law Reform is now accepting submissions for 54.4, our issue focused on our annual symposium. The topic of this year's symposium is fines and fees. Articles in this issue will focus on fines and fees of all types, including civil, criminal, and their use as a revenue source for government entities.
All submissions must be novel; relate primarily to U.S. law; discuss the use of fines, fees, or governmental revenue production; and propose a legal reform.
