The Notre Dame Journal of International and Comparative Law publishes articles that are transformative in the international and comparative law landscape. The subject matter of submissions should be of a legal substance, however, we encourage a diversity of perspectives.
All articles for consideration in our second Volume 14 print edition should be submitted by January 5, 2024 at 5PM EST. Articles are reviewed on a rolling basis and all decisions will be sent to authors via Scholastica.
