The Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal is accepting submissions for Volume 50. RCTLJ is a student-edited publication at the Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey whose primary purpose is to publish works related all things law and technology. BETR welcomes submissions from academics and attorneys alike. Please no student submissions. All submissions will be reviewed and publication offers will be made on a rolling basis. Please be advised that the selected RCTLJ student publications for Fall 2023 are focused on social media, Section 230 and modern internet influence. Submissions with similar topics will be given preference in an attempt to keep a consistent theme. That does not mean we will not consider other topics-please send your submissions in anyway!
