The Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law is currently accepting submissions for publication in its forthcoming Volume XV, Issue I. The Journal is primarily seeking articles, comments, and case notes in the fields of business law, entrepreneurship, intellectual property, and real estate.
Publication decisions are normally made within two weeks from the date of submission. Article citations must conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Authors should include a brief summary of biographical data, either in the footnotes of the submission or as an attachment. Authors should submit articles in a digital format via online service or email to the address below.
